Warren Yip
PRINCIPAL
A Hong Kong native, Mr. Yip came to the U.S. at the age of 14. Warren attended in the U.S. from the Art Institute of Dallas and Rice University Executive education of Business -Real Estate Investment & Development. As a young entrepreneur, he received many accolades from his peers and reputable institutions. Warren started his first business at the age of 25 by purchasing his first single-family home rehab, which was the beginning of this journey into a successful real estate career. Warren now has twenty years of experience in the field, and during his career, he has managed/remodeled numerous real estate properties in the DFW area. He has been operating an extensive rental portfolio. Warren's successful business ventures include Yip Holdings LLC. and a few successful restaurants & Bars.
Warren lives in Arlington with his wife and son. He is involved in the community. He is affiliated with the Dallas Uptown Hospitality Association, IREM- Institute of Real Estate Management, U.S Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
